Resolved,
That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, That She will be graciously pleased to give directions, that there be laid before this House, Copy or Extract of a Letter from Sir Henry Pottinger to Rear Admiral Sir Thomas Cochrane, mentioned in a Letter dated the 17th day of October 1844, from Sir James Stephen to Sir John Barrow, on the subject of the interference of Her Majesty's ships and vessels with piratical vessels belonging to Chinese subjects.
